Wellness Wednesday

Hey good morning, afternoon, evening. Do you know what today is?! It'ssssssssss HUMP DAYYYYYY!!!!!

As you Wednesday's are all about YOU!! This is the time that I can ask you how you are and how your life is going. What are some things that you have done differently in the last week with your goals and/or setting your goals?

Some things that help me are making realistic goals and setting realistic time frames. For example, I would want to start a business without knowing a background for it. Nor would I start a business without knowing my audience either. BUT I would brainstorm for a couple of months to make sure that I have everything in place and then some wiggle room in case I wanted to change a few things.
