Hi Sol Warrior! I am Kyy, a lifestyle blogger and life coach. I write topics to help people of color understand their mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.

Currently, I suffer from anxiety, depression, and PTSD. With that being said I try my best to keep up with my post but at times I will take breaks. I am a mental health advocate but do not get that confused with a licensed professional.
