Day ONE
Walk/jog to parking garage
Run the first floor
20 crunches
20 jump squats
20 Russian twist (use weight if can)
20 toe touches
Curb side 30 seconds
Repeat 3 times
Day TWO
Walk/jog to parking garage
Run the first floor
