Good morning, afternoon, and/or evening!!
Today's Transformation Thursday topic is, "How to Change You". If you are anything like me, you tend to hold on to all the negative things that you encountered and all that to dictate your life. But we have to learn how to let go and allow that hurt to teach us a lesson for our future. We cannot dwell on the past and expect our future to be something great when we aren't letting go of the things that hurt us.

So here are some tips that I am doing currently to change myself.
Talk about the situation that hurt me.
After talking, I make a plan about how to move forward from it.
Once, I have made my plan I put my plan into action.
Lastly, I DO NOT dwell on the situation after I have done all of this.
Now nothing happens overnight but in the long run, you will feel better about the situation and learn how to not allow those negative encounters to affect you.
