Transformation Thursday

Good morning, afternoon, and/or evening Sol Warriors!! Happy Thursday!!

How are you feeling today?

Today's topic is about "Understanding Problems".

We all go through hard times in our life. Your problem doesn't make the next person's problem less significant than yours. Things that we might not think are a big deal might be to someone. We are not allowed to tell others how to feel or dismiss their feelings. We have to understand that we are all humans and that we are learning each other daily. Nobody is a truly open book. Some of us like to think that when we are going through something everyone should stop what they are doing and only worry about them and what they have going on. When others are the complete opposite, they would rather act like their problems are not as big as it seems and help others with their problems and not focus on theirs. Both of these situations are bad because we are still neglecting the fact that someone's problem is not being noticed. This messes with your mental health extremely because if you are giving your all to a person who cannot understand that you are dealing with your own problems as well, but cannot vocalize it, then you need to go ahead and let them go. Nobody deserves extra stress on their life and have to avoid talking about their problems because you feel like they will not be heard.

Always remember that you matter and regardless of what others say you will ALWAYS come first and you deserve everything and more. So if you are having trouble expressing yourself and then you need to find the right type of friend that you can express yourself to.

"True friends aren't the ones who make your problems disappear. They are the ones who won't disappear when your facing problems."

Honestly, I have about 5 that I talk to. Nobody knows the same story because certain people can handle certain situations and that is perfectly okay. As long as you can express yourself to someone that is all that matters!
