Today's tip is "Finding Time for You".
We tend to neglect ourselves. We act as if we are some big ordeal and our feelings don't get hurt or we can handle everything that life throws at us and it does phase us at all. Knowing good and well it does but we are trying to "uphold" this image of ourselves that we have painted.

So I want you to write down the things that make you happy, whether it is big or small. After you write them down, ask yourself when was the last time you have done it. Then from least recent to most recent figure out how you can do it with the condition that you are in now. Once you have figured that out, I want you to start doing those things a week. I want you to take about two (2) hours for yourself one day out the week. Now there are seven (7) days in a week with 24 hours in each day, there should be no reason why you cannot take TWO (2) hours out of your week for yourself. You cannot be there for others if you are not there for yourself.
