Today's topic is about "Knowing the Signs of Your Mental Illness".
Over the last 6 days, we have gone into details about anxiety, depression, PTSD, eating disorders, and bipolar. We have been going into slight detail about these things. If you have been feeling these things more than often I suggest going to your primary care doctor and talking to them.

Here are some of the things to look out for to let you know that something is going on with you:
Loss in interest in doing normal day to day task
Extremely high or low moods
Irritability and sadness that last longer than usual without explanation
Sleeping more or not able to sleep at all
Eating less or eating a lot more than usual.
