Let's talk about Anxiety!

We all know someone who deals with anxiety whether it is you or someone you know. There are several types of anxiety, some of them are the following generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, agoraphobia, social anxiety, specific phobias.


General Anxiety Disorder

  • a disorder characterized by excessive or unrealistic anxiety about two or more aspects of life (work, social relationships, financial matters, etc.), often accompanied by symptoms such as palpitations, shortness of breath, or dizziness.

Panic Disorder

  • a disorder in which inappropriate, intense apprehension and physical symptoms of fear occur so frequently as to produce significant impairment.
