Hey Sol Warrior!! Happy Monday!! How was your weekend?!


Today's topic is "Fitness".


Since we all stuck inside here are some fitness things that you can start doing around your house and/or neighborhood:


  • Take a walk

  • Start working out

  • Yoga

  • Stretching


So since we are allowed outside, I suggest that if there is a parking garage near you to go to that because you can do a lot with a parking garage, when it comes to working out.
