Good morning, afternoon, and/or evening Sol Warriors!! Happy Friday!!
How are you today?
Today's topic is about "Knowing When to Take a Break".
We can all fail to realize that we need a break. Mental health days are important for everyone. We have to give our mind time to rest just like we give our bodies time to rest when we are tired. We all need a break from work, school, et cetera. Taking a break is not a bad thing. If you are a creator you need time to regroup you cannot keep doing the things that you love to do because you will soon be burned out and then what are you going to do? You are going to get irritated with the things you use to love or you will start to fall off from what you need to do. We tend to burn ourselves out and don't realize it. In my opinion, this is why vacation days became a thing because workers cannot be at work every day and NOT have a time where they do not need to be thinking about work or even doing work. With COVID-19 out here and people are working from home it is messing with our minds because we leave work and go home to get away from work but now we are at HOME dealing with work. We need a break. We need an escape and I think you should take one. Do not continue to keep doing the normal and neglecting yourself.
“Almost everything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes, including you.” ―Anne Lamott
TAKE A BREAK!!! YOU DESERVE IT!!
With that being said Apprehensive will be taking a break from blogging for a week or two. I have been fighting myself to do this because I know that my post helps you all but I need to be mentally stable to keep giving you all the right kind of content that I want you to know about. I will still be reachable by text at (225) 341-1672, email at email@example.com, and through DMs on Instagram/Twitter @KYYllinEm.
Please be safe too as some of the states are opening back up because the government does not care about us honestly. Remember to stay 6 feet apart, social distance, wash your hands for 20 seconds or more, cover your mouth when you sneeze or cough, wear a mask if need be.
I love you, Sol Warrior, and I hope you have an amazing weekend and until next time :)
